Illustration and T-shirt design

I was a volunteer designer for the Dandelion School in Beijing from 2013 to 2016. The Dandelion School is a middle school devoted towards better education for children from some of Beijing’s immigrant families. I got inspiration from students’ drawings. Their parents are manual laborers in Beijing, but students still draw their hands holding many flowers in beautiful colors. This design was applied to T-shirts, shopping bags and mugs. They were sold to some companies and all of the income supported the Dandelion School and their students.
